Use the sample testing form or contact our team. Describe the material, any handling requirements and the result you want to evaluate. Confirm the test and shipping details before sending the sample.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the machine model, serial or order number, a description of the issue and any relevant operating conditions. Email photos or video to help the team understand the question.
